As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I am a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Change is anything but easy. It takes drive, motivation and strategy to change our lifestyle habits -- especially if we've been doing things a certain way for a long time. Most of all it takes support -- and that's where I come in. Simply put, as your health coach, I specialize in helping you make changes you haven't been able to make on your own to improve and maintain your health.
